USAID (CEADIR Project)
Hubroot are Financial Advisors (FA) providing Business Advisory Services (BAS) to USAID on the Climate Economic Analysis for Development, Investment and Resilience (CEADIR) Project. The Project facilitates commercial bank lending for off-grid and small-scale renewable energy (solar house systems and micro-grids) in Ghana.
Hubroot Packages bankable transactions for review by Ecobank Ghana Limited (SME Department) in respect of Entrepreneur’s & firms that have bankable Renewable Energy projects/contracts that require financing under the Power Africa’s Beyond the Grid (BTG) initiative. Hubroot prepares the Business plans and proposed credit structure for Ecobank review.
Hubroot consults for GreenyBridge Ghana (an affiliate to Lohrmann International in Germany) as their Transaction Advisor. GreenyBridge designs and provides Hybrid Renewable Energy Systems (HRES) for Island-mode or off grid power solutions, as well as to support unstable Grid conditions or increase renewable power contribution in a national power transmission/distribution network.
Hubroot structured and developed a business plan and credit model for SunPower Innovations (SPI), to successfully access credit through an innovative Business Advisory Service mechanism under the USAID Power Africa’s Beyond the Grid (BTG) Project. The solar projects will add 3.3 MW of off-grid renewable electricity to Ghana’s supply. The four projects will be executed in the country’s urban capital of Accra. SPI is a leading indigenous solar EPC Firm in Ghana.
Hubroot Limited regularly organizes capacity building secessions for Batitech middle and senior staff from all affiliates on Customer Service, Productivity, Innovation, Team Building and Leadership modules. The training is meant to improve, enhance and strengthen Batitech client’s experience. Batitech Limited delivers a wealth of tools and services in four major areas of expertise, focusing on Civil Engineering, Telecom Network & Professional Services, and Renewable Energy. The firm has presence in Ghana, Guinea, Sierra Leone, and Togo.
Hubroot team worked with African Tiger Holdings Limited to develop and design a strong presentation document to the Government of Ghana on a proposed Public Private Partnership (PPP) to development the largest sugar cane value chain industry in Ghana. Hubroot did separate presentations to the Ghana Investment Promotion Center (GIPC), Ministry of Finance, and the Economic Management Team of Government, chaired by H.E the Vice President of Ghana.
Capital SME is an initiative of the British High Commission aimed at boosting capital market activity in Ghana. To this effect, The British High Commission organized this capacity building seminar to effectively equip beneficiaries (SMEs) on how to profile, pitch, in order to attract potential investors. Hubroot was a Consulting Partner that handled capacity building for participating SMEs.
