Hubroot Limited, conducted a complete nationwide evaluation of GSFP. With an assessment of the design and effectiveness of the delivery of the Programme. The evaluation highlighted lessons learned to inform the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection (MoGCSP) implementation approach going forward. Hubroot is the first indigenous Consulting Firm to have conducted a nationwide independent evaluation of the Programme.
